INRCA is a National Scientific Institute which operates in the geriatric and gerontological field in order to protect the health and well-being of the elderly, especially of the most frail.

The role and mission of IRCCS-INRCA refer to two fundamental and strongly integrated themes:

1. translational research in the biomedical, epidemiological, clinical and healthcare organization;
2. health care activities.

The mission involves the activity of scientific and application interaction with the business world.
